Benefit the Tiessen Family Concert

Local U2 tribute band DESIRE performs for the "Benefit the Tiessen Family" concert this Sunday!

This is a FULL show on LARGE stage with FULL sound and lighting!!

The Tiessen family were missionaries in Russia. While in Russia the family of 4 were all infected with LYME DISEASE. Ontario does not have any treatments available while the United States does. The proceeds raised from this event are to help with the cost of getting treatment.

Walk a Mile in HER Shoes: The Mens March to End Violence against Women

Walk a Mile in HER Shoes is a symbolic gesture of men marching in female footwear to raise awareness and money for the issue of violence against women. The Walk gives men the opportunity to publicly take a stand, and it shows that men are willing to stand together with women in making the world a safer place for all women and children.
